Estimated Delivery Times

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.
